When dogs start to panic and try to run away, they can turn into true escape artists, getting out of almost any harness, no matter how well it fits. This is a dangerous situation that none of us want to experience, as the strength that dogs summon can be enormous. This is why we have developed the VARIO RAPID panic harness for especially anxious pets. It includes an additional tummy strap that will make it almost impossible for your dog to free itself from the harness. What makes it special is that, once your four-legged friend has overcome its fear, you can simply take off the second tummy strap, giving you a classic harness. The easiest method of measuring the chest circumference ( B ) of your dog is by using a flexible measuring tape placed directly behind the front legs at the broadest part of the chest. The tape should be fairly tight without actually restricting the dog. The correct harness size is determined by taking into account both the circumference of the chest and the neck ( A ). All harnesses from our range are adjustable using the chest strap (e.g. the RANGER PROFESSIONAL harness), most of them however are multi-adjustable (e.g. the SOFTIE harness) and can be optimally adjusted to any body shape to ensure more comfort. All harnesses from the HUNTER range feature easy handling, an elaborate finish and soft padding.
