How do I return?

  • To avoid a 25% restocking fee all returned items must be in the original condition with all tags attached otherwise the restocking fee will apply before issuing a partial refund
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable and what are non returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging and/or with their original tags attached

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as open packs/containers of pet food/chews/treats/supplements/petcare products), toys that have been chewed on, and custom items (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, if your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
  • If we receive an item in a non-returnable condition, it will be disposed and no refund will be issued.
